Journey to Galtür

Contact & directions

The hotel Almhof is located in Wirl, a part of Galtür in the Tyrolean Paznaun valley in western Austria.

The impressive mountain world of the Silvretta forms the backdrop for the Hotel Almhof, which is located right at the entrance to the Silvapark, the extensive Galtür ski area. Incidentally, from Wirl you are not far from the Bielerhöhe, the highest point of the Silvretta High Alpine Road, in summer.

Wirl is the last place on this panoramic road before it climbs into the high Alps and reaches an altitude of 2,032 metres at Bielerhöhe. Whether panoramic trips by car or motorbike, long hikes or mountain bike tours in the mountains of the Silvretta: the Almhof is the perfect starting point.
