Father and son, Hermann and Patrick Huber, to be more precise, have a passion for producing cheese. And this is what they do at the Faulbrunnalm. Their cheese tastes fantastic – this is what also the juries at the annual International Cheese Olympics in Galtür confirm by awarding them with prices again and again.
